How do I create a Glass Baron Account?
It’s easy to create a Glass Baron account. Once you’ve gone to the Sign In page, you can create an account by entering your name and email address, and create a password. Each time you visit our website, sign in to access your account information, make purchases, and more.

How do I change my email address?
To update your email address, you'll need to contact us at webservice@glassbaron.com and we can make any changes quickly.

Will you share my email address with others?
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

Placing an Order

How do I check the status of my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. At the top of the email there is an option to View the Status of My Order. You can also access your Order Summary directly on Glassbaron.com. Sign in to your account, and then click on Order History for details about your purchase.

How do I change or cancel my order after submitting it?
Our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently; but we’ll do everything possible to accommodate your request. Please contact Glass Baron Customer Service, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, or by email at webservice@glassbaron.com.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit and debit cards.

When is my credit card charged?
When you place an order, your credit card is pre-authorized for the dollar amount of your order. Your credit card will be charged when the order is shipped. PLEASE NOTE that charges appear on credit card statements as Glass Baron.

Is my credit card information secure?
Yes. Feel confident that you can shop our website with confidence. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about our secure payment provider. The information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with an AES-256 encryption and we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

Shipping

Where does product ship from?
Products ship from our distribution center in Virginia Beach, VA 23455.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please visit the Shipping & Returns page for information about shipping and estimated delivery times.

How will I receive a tracking number and shipment details?
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Notification Email. Click on the Order # to view details related to the status of your order, including a tracking number. Details are also available by signing in to your GlassBaron.com account.

Can I ship to a different address other than my billing address?
Yes. You can designate a shipping address different from your billing address during the checkout process.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. We offer 2-3 day express shipping for an additional fee.

Do you ship internationally?
No. Unfortunately, delivery is only available to the 50 United States at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-833-304-1212. Please visit our Refund Policy page for more information.

What if my order is damaged or defective?
All our products are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped. We only replace items if they are received defective or damaged. Please notify us within 10 days of receiving your purchase to be eligible for a full exchange of product.

Please send us an email at webservice@glassbaron.com and we will email you a return shipping label to ship your defected/damaged product back to us at 1601 Diamond Springs Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23455.

Please Note: We cannot accept any items which were not purchased directly from our Glass Baron website. Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you via email and process an order for the same item at no cost to you.

Gifts & Gift Packaging

How do I place a gift order? Can I include a message?
During the checkout process, indicate the gift recipient’s name and address for the Shipping Address, then use your address for the Billing Address. Gift Wrapping and gift messages are currently not available.

Do you offer gift cards?
